How do I join?
There are three simple ways to join:
  1. If you have a PC Financial debit or credit card, register your existing card online at pcplus.ca
  2. Download the free PC Plus™ app
  3. Pick up a free PC Plus™ card in-store and activate it online at pcplus.ca
Do I need a PC Financial® debit or credit card to join?
No. Anyone can join by simply picking up a free PC Plus™ card in-store and activating it online. Or, you can download the PC Plus™ app.
Do I need a plastic PC Plus™ card to participate?
In most of our stores, you can participate with just the PC Plus™ app; however, in some cases, you will need a plastic card. Right now, not all of our stores have the technology to scan your mobile barcode. Ask your cashier about your store’s capabilities.
Can I become a member by downloading the PC Plus™ app?
Yes. Visit your mobile app store (either iTunes App Store, Google Play or BlackBerry World) and download the PC Plus™ app.
Who can join the program?
The PC Plus™ program is available to all Atlantic Superstore, Dominion (Newfoundland and Labrador), Bloor Street Market, Extra Foods, Fortinos, Loblaws, Loblaws City Market, Loblaws Great Food, Provigo, Provigo Le Marché, Real Canadian Superstore, Save Easy, Valu-mart, Your Independent Grocer, and Zehrs stores’ customers who are Canadian residents, aged 14 and up.
Is there a cost to join?
No, there is no cost to join the program.
How old do you have to be to join?
You must be at least 14 years of age to register for the program.
I’m already a PC® Insider. Do I still need to join?
Yes. As a PC Insider, you will still need to join the program one of three ways:
  1. If you have a PC Financial® debit or credit card, register your existing card online at pcplus.ca
  2. Download the free PC Plus™ app
  3. Pick up a free PC Plus™ card in-store and activate it online at pcplus.ca
Can I join as a business?
No. The rewards program is designed for individuals and families to enjoy. It is not for business or commercial use.
Do I have to be a Canadian resident to join?
Yes. To join the PC® Plus program, you must be a Canadian resident.
Which stores are participating in the program?
The PC Plus™ program is available at the the following stores across Canada Atlantic Superstore, Dominion (Newfoundland and Labrador), Bloor Street Market, Extra Foods, Fortinos, Loblaws, Loblaws City Market, Loblaws Great Food, Provigo, Provigo Le Marché, Real Canadian Superstore, Save Easy, Valu-mart, Your Independent Grocer, and Zehrs. Please use the store locator to find a participating store near you.
Do I need a smartphone in order to join?
No. You don’t need a smartphone to join. However, downloading the PC Plus™ app is a convenient way to get the most out of the program.
Is the program available in other languages?
Yes. Currently, the program is available in English and French.
How does the program work?
Once you join, you’ll get personalized offers sent to you that let you earn points when you load your offers and buy the items at participating stores. Once you save up your points, you can redeem them to get dollars off your grocery bill. As a member, you also have access to convenient online tools, including dinner suggestions, a shopping list and a meal planner. Watch to learn more
How is the program tailored to me?
When you shop and show your PC Plus™ card or app at the checkout, the program remembers what you buy and tailors your offers to the food and products you love. As well, the program gives you dinner suggestions based on what you buy and what’s on sale.
What does “participating partner” mean?
By partner, we mean companies that participate in the program by purchasing points, so that offers on their products or services can be made to individuals who collect points through the PC Plus™ program.
How do I load offers?
Sign in to your account at pcplus.ca, visit the Offers section and click Load Offers To My Card. If you’re using the PC Plus™ app, visit the Offers tab and tap Load All. Once loaded, your offers are ready to be used in-store.
How do I remember what offers are loaded to my card?
After you load your offers, they remain in the Offers section on pclus.ca until they expire. If you’re using the PC Plus™ app or the mobile version of the website, your loaded offers also appear in the Offers tab, so you can easily view them while you’re shopping.
Can I view my offers on my phone?
Yes. You can download the PC Plus™ app or view the mobile version of pcplus.ca on your phone.
Why would I want to receive emails from the PC Plus™ program?
Emails let you know when new offers become available for you to load and enjoy. They also help you learn about all the great things the PC Plus™ program has to offer. If you choose not to receive emails from the PC Plus™ program, you will need to sign in to pcplus.ca or the app at least once a week to view your offers and load them to your card.
How do I know when I have new offers?
When you sign up to receive emails or text messages from the PC Plus™ program, you’ll get a reminder when your new offers are available. As well, new offers will appear in the Offers section of your account on pcplus.ca or under the NEW tab on the PC Plus™ app.
Can I receive my program communications by text?
Yes. You can choose the way you would like to receive your program notifications. To set your preferences, visit My Account and click Communication Preferences.
Why did my friend earn points and I didn’t when we purchased the same product?
Most of your offers are selected specifically for you, based on the way you shop. Your friend received a different offer because he or she has different shopping habits.
Why do I have to load offers?
This is how you earn points. Loading offers to your PC Plus™ card allows you to earn points when you buy the qualifying items at participating stores.
Do my offers expire?
Yes, all offers have an expiration date. You can find the expiry date of each offer by clicking on the offer and viewing the details. The terms of each offer, including restrictions, are also outlined in the details. Your offers appear in your offers section until they expire.
What if I forget to load my offers one week?
If you forget to load your offers one week, you will not be able to earn the points associated with those offers once they expire. To get the most out of the program, make loading offers part of your weekly shopping routine. That way, you’ll never miss out on something great.
How long do earned offers stay in my offers section?
Once you use the offer and earn the associated points, it appears in the Offers section of your PC Plus™ account as “Earned”.
When I load an offer, can I use it in any store?
Your offers can be used at any of the following participating stores across Canada: Atlantic Superstore, Dominion (Newfoundland and Labrador), Bloor Street Market, Extra Foods, Fortinos, Loblaws, Loblaws City Market, Loblaws Great Food, Provigo, Provigo Le Marché, Real Canadian Superstore, Save Easy, Valu-mart, Your Independent Grocer, and Zehrs. What is a Digital Offer?
Digital offers are offers you have loaded to your account either online at pcplus.ca or via the PC Plus™ app.
What is an In-Store Offer?
In-store offers are offers available at participating stores or on items in your store flyer.
What is a Bonus Offer?
Sometimes the PC Plus™ program will make offers based on your total spend on a transaction or grouping of products. These are considered bonus offers. Bonus offers may appear online or on your app, or in your participating store.
How do I earn points?
To earn points, just load your offers to your PC Plus™ card online or through the PC Plus™ app, then show your card when you buy the qualifying items in-store. You’ll also get bonus offers, flyer offers and in-store offers to enjoy. The more offers you take advantage of, the more points you earn.
What does pts mean?
This is the short form spelling of points. It sits beside the points value of an offer.
How do I know how many points I have?
When you sign in to your account on pcplus.ca, your points balance appears in the top right corner of every page. To see the details of your balance, go to My Account and then click Transactions. If you’re using the PC Plus™ app, select Transactions right from the springboard. Your points balance is also printed on your receipt every time you shop with your PC Plus™ card.
Do my points expire?
No. Your points don’t expire. However, you do forfeit your points if you don’t use your account for two (2) years.
What are my points worth?
1,000 points is equivalent to $1. Once you accumulate 20,000 points, you can redeem $20 off your grocery bill. If you are redeeming more than 20,000 points, you must redeem the additional points in increments of 10,000. For example, if you have 37,000 points, you can redeem $30 off your purchase, with a remaining balance of 7,000 points.

When you show your PC Plus™ card at checkout, the cashier will let you know the reward value of your balance, so you can choose to save them up or redeem a portion right away.
What can I use my points for in-store?
You can redeem your points for just about everything available at participating stores, excluding tobacco, alcohol, lottery tickets, or any products or services prohibited by law or as we determine from time to time. In certain provinces, you will also be prohibited from redeeming your points on prescription medication, over-the-counter medication and milk. Third party retailers, including The Mobile Shop, the cleaners and Wine Shop, are also excluded from the program. Please see our Terms of Use for more details.
If multiple people use my account, whom do the points belong to?
The points belong to the person who originally registered the account. However, if you add another card to your account and set it up for earning and redeeming points, the person carrying the card will also be able to redeem the points in-store. If you give someone else access to your account, you remain responsible for that person’s access and/or use of your account.
How do I earn points faster?
The more offers you take advantage of, the more points you can earn. You can:
  1. Look for your personalized weekly offers in emails, your online account, or the PC Plus™ app
  2. Look for offers in your store’s flyer
  3. Look for offers on items inside your store
  4. Look for bonus offers
I’m missing points from a transaction, what should I do?
If you are using the PC Plus™ app:
Go to the Transactions section of your app and locate the transaction you are missing points from. Click on that transaction and select“Points Inquiry”. Complete the points inquiry form, submit it and we’ll look into your missing points right away.
If you are online at pcplus.ca:
Go to My Account and select “Points Inquiry” from the Transactions section. Complete the points inquiry form, submit it and we’ll look into your missing points right away.
If I forget to show my card at checkout, can I still earn the points?
No. If you don’t show your PC Plus™ card or app, you won’t earn points when you buy the qualifying items. That’s why it’s important to bring your card every time you shop. Remember to always show it at the beginning of your transaction.
Can I look up my account or load my offers at checkout if I forgot my card?
No. The cashier can’t look up your account number. No. The cashier can’t look up your account number. You can always view your account details on the PC Plus™ app or online at pcplus.ca.
Where can I use my card to earn points?
Your PC Plus card can be used at any of the following participating stores across Canada: Atlantic Superstore, Dominion (Newfoundland and Labrador), Bloor Street Market, Extra Foods, Fortinos, Loblaws, Loblaws City Market, Loblaws Great Food, Provigo, Provigo Le Marché, Real Canadian Superstore, Save Easy, Valu-mart, Your Independent Grocer, and Zehrs. Please use the store locator to find a participating store near you.
If you have a PC Financial® card, you will continue to earn points as you previously did (10 points per dollar with the PC Financial® MasterCard® or the PC Financial® World MasterCard® wherever you shop; and 20 points per dollar with the PC Financial® World MasterCard® or 5 points per dollar with the PC Financial® debit card at participating Loblaw stores across Canada). Points earned with a PC Financial® debit or credit card are in addition to any points you may earn through the PC Plus™ program.
Why am I having trouble redeeming my points in-store?
If you haven’t confirmed your account, you won’t be able to redeem points in-store. To confirm your account, follow the link in your membership confirmation email. Please contact us if you would like another confirmation email sent to you.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Points are not transferable between members. However, if you combine multiple PC Plus™ accounts into one, the points will also be added together. For example, if you and your spouse both have PC Plus™ accounts, you can combine them into one. That way, your points balance will grow faster and you’ll be able to redeem points sooner.
Can I donate my points to charity?
Yes. You can donate your points to the President’s Choice® Children’s Charity. Contact us for more information.
Where can I redeem my points?
You can redeem your points at any participating store across Canada. Please use the store locator to find a participating store near you.
How long does it take for my balance to update after a transaction?
Your points balance instantly updates after a transaction is made with your PC Plus™ card. If you’re using your PC Financial® debit or credit card as your PC Plus™ card, the points you earned as part of the PC Plus™ program will be applied to your balance right away. However, it may take a few days or longer for your balance to reflect the points earned for using your PC Financial® card to pay for your purchases.
Are the points deducted from my account if I return an item?
Your account balance may be reduced by the number of points earned for that purchase, including any bonus points.
What if I buy a product after the offer expires?
Unfortunately, you will not receive the points if the offer has expired.
How do I tailor my dinner suggestions to me?
Easy. Just tell us what type of suggestions you would like to see. Go to My Account, select Preference and Settings, and then set your Meal Preferences. You can choose whether your suggestions are based on your meal preferences, shopping habits or what’s on sale.
What are My Staples?
Your staples are items you regularly purchase. For example: eggs, milk and bread. By saving an item as a staple, you can quickly add it to your list each week.
How do I save an item to My Staples?
Within your Shopping List, select the staple symbol next to the item you would like to save. Once you’ve saved items as staples, you can quickly add them to your Shopping List by clicking Add My Staples.
How do I remove items from My Staples?
To remove a staple item from your Shopping List, simply unselect it. The next time you add to your staples, the item will no longer be listed.
Can I add my own meal to my Meal Plan?
No. Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot add meals outside of our recipe collection.
Can I export my Meal Plan to my own calendar software program?
No. Unfortunately, at this time, you cannot export your Meal Plan.
Where can I use my PC Plus™ card?

How do I use my card at checkout?
Simply scan your PC Plus™ card at the beginning of the transaction. That’s it!
To redeem points, show your PC Plus™ card before you pay and let the cashier know that you would like to redeem some of your points.
How do I use the PC Plus™ app at checkout?
Simply show the barcode on your mobile PC Plus™ card to the cashier at the beginning of the transaction. They’ll either scan it or key in your number. To redeem points, show your barcode before you pay and let the cashier know that you would like to redeem some of your points.
Why are the numbers on my PC Plus™ card and key tag different?
The program allows you to have and use multiple cards linked to a single account. The different numbers on your card, key tag, or mobile app barcode identify the individual devices, so you can track which device was used to earn or redeem points.
How do I replace a lost card or key tag?
If you’ve lost your PC Plus™ card or key tag, you can visit a store to pick up a new one. If you think you may have just misplaced it, sign in to your account and change your card settings to “earn only”. That way, while you search for your card, you can rest assured no one will redeem your points. Once you find your card, you can change back your setting. The program is not responsible for any lost points on your account if you fail to notify us that your card has been lost or stolen.
Can I reactivate a deleted/cancelled card, key tag or app?
No. Once you delete a PC Plus™ card, key tag or app from your account, it can no longer be used to earn and redeem points.
Can I have more than one account?
No. You should only have one PC Plus™ account. However, you can have multiple cards attached to your one account. If you have a PC Plus™ account and a PC Financial® account, contact us to combine them.
What does the program do with my information?
When you shop and present your PC Plus™ card, your purchase history, shopping patterns, and the offers you use are analyzed so that we can provide you with personalized offers you’ll really like. This information helps to give you a more personalized experience. Your privacy is our top priority. View our Privacy Policy to learn more.
Does my membership expire?
No. Your membership does not expire.
How do I change my address and name?
To change your address, sign in to your PC Plus account at pcplus.ca, go to My Account and then Profile. Once there, select the Personal Info tab to make your changes. Please contact us to change your name.
How do I change my account password?
To change your password, sign in to pcplus.ca, go to My Account, click Change password, and then follow the instructions.
Where do I find my points balance?
When you sign in to pcplus.ca, your points balance appears in the top right corner of every page. To see the details of your balance, go to My Account and then click Transactions. If you’re using the PC Plus™ app, select Transactions right from the dashboard. Your points balance is also printed on your receipt every time you shop with your PC Plus™ card
Are my transactions updated instantly on pcplus.ca?
Yes. Your transactions are updated instantly on pcplus.ca. However, it may take a few days or longer for your balance to reflect the points earned for using your PC Financial® card to pay for your purchases.
Two people in my household have accounts. Can we combine them?
Yes. If you are the primary or secondary account holder, please contact us to combine your accounts.
Can I combine my PC Plus™ accounts online?
No. In order to ensure the security of your account, it is not possible to combine two PC Plus™ accounts online. Please contact us to continue.
I sent a question to customer service. How long until I receive a response?
It can take up to 3 business days for our teams to respond. We apologize if your response is delayed. Please contact us for assistance.
I moved. Are my dinner suggestions still based on my old store’s flyer?
Your home store will change automatically up to two months after you start shopping regularly at your new store.
How do I change my email or text preferences?
Visit My Account, go to Preferences and Settings and then select Communications. To opt-out of receiving text message communications, text STOP to 588588 at any time.
Can the cashier use my phone number or email address to access my account information and points at checkout?
No, you can only access your account and points balance using your PC Plus™ card, PC Plus™ mobile app, or PC Financial® card that has been registered with the PC Plus™ program.
Can I be a PC Financial® cardholder and a PC Plus™ member?
Yes. If you’re a PC Financial® customer, your debit or credit card is all you need to earn even more points at participating stores. Simply register your card online to enjoy all the benefits of the program.
I have a PC Financial® account. How do I join?
You’re already a member. Your debit or credit card doubles as a PC Plus™ card. All you have to do is visit pcplus.ca, click “Join Now”, choose “I have a PC Financial® card”, then enter your card information.

You’ll earn even more points at participating stores and you’ll also have access to great features, including the Dinner Suggestions, Shopping List and Meal Plan.
Can I have a PC Financial® account and use the PC® Plus smartphone app?
Yes. Simply download the PC Plus™ app on your mobile device, then follow the instructions to register with a PC Financial® card. If you already have the app, contact us to link your PC Financial® card to your PC Plus™ app. You may be asked a few questions to verify your identity.
If I have a PC Financial® account, can someone else join the program on my behalf?
No. PC Financial® accounts can only be registered online for the PC Plus™ program by the primary cardholder to whom account statements are addressed.
As a PC Financial® customer, am I already a PC Plus™ member?
Yes. As a PC Financial® customer, you are already part of the PC Plus™ program. However, to access certain personalized features like Offers, Recipes, Shopping List and Meal Plan, and to earn even more points at participating stores, you will first need to register your PC Financial® account at pcplus.ca or on the PC Plus™ app. Your PC Financial® card will then double as a PC Plus™ card – it’s all you need to enjoy all the program benefits.
Are my existing PC® points the same points earned through the PC Plus™ program?
Yes. Your existing PC® points are the same points earned through the PC Plus™ program. As a PC Financial® customer, you will need to register your account at pcplus.ca, or on the PC Plus™ app. Once you do, you’ll earn even more points every time you shop at participating stores. You’ll also have access to online features, like Offers, Recipes, Shopping List and Meal Plan.
What do I do if I can’t register my PC Financial® card?
Make sure the name on your card and the last four digits of your card are entered correctly. Also, check to see if you’ve already registered with a PC Financial® card. If you’re still having trouble, contact us for assistance.
What if I registered with a PC Financial® card and a PC Plus™ card?
You can have a PC Plus™ card and a PC Financial® card. Just make sure they’re both registered on the same account. If you registered both cards separately, you can contact us to combine them. You may be asked a few questions to verify your identity.
Do I still earn points if I use my PC Financial® card outside of a Loblaw owned store?
Yes, you will still earn points on any purchases you make with your PC Financial® MasterCard® anywhere you shop, just as you do today.
As a PC Financial® customer, what set of Terms and Conditions apply to me?
PC Plus™ is the new name of the points loyalty program. If you choose to register your account at pcplus.ca or on the PC Plus™ app to access additional features, like Recipes, Shopping List and Meal Plan, and to receive personalized offers to earn more points in-store, you will be subject to the PC Plus™ program’s Terms of Use. If you do not register online, you will continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of the PC Financial® card product you hold, and to the terms of the loyalty program in effect before the program changed it’s name.
How do I change my address or name?
To change the address or name associated with your PC Financial® account(s), please call the customer service number on your current PC Financial card(s).
Who do I call for technical support?
For technical support, you can send us an email or contact us for assistance. Please do not include any confidential information such as your account number or a credit card number in an email.
What do I do if I can’t sign in to my account online?
Check to make sure you are entering the correct email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, we can reset it for you. Simply click the Forgot Password link during the sign-in process.
How do I report a problem with pcplus.ca?
If you encounter a problem, please contact us and we will make sure it is promptly resolved.
What happens if I accidentally deactivate my phone from my PC Plus™ account?
If your phone was accidentally deactivated from your PC Plus™ account, simply reinstall the app on your phone and sign back in with your email address and password. The PC Plus™ app will automatically sync your account to your phone. Follow these instructions to reinstall the app:

Can someone else sign in to the app from my phone?
If you install the app on your phone and another PC Plus™ member signs in, they will be able to use the features of the app; however, their barcode and device ID will be unavailable. Which means they won’t be able to use your device to earn and redeem points in-store.
Why can’t I access my barcode?
You might have signed in to an account that is different from the account you used when you originally installed the app on your phone.
